Master Interpersonal Intelligence and Behaviourwith The Coaching Partnership.Organisations of all sizes have woken up to the fact that coaching and structured facilitation are extremely cost-effective ways of supporting individuals and project/functional teams to reach stretch targets - especially in challenging times.
Well, we focus on the interpersonal intelligence and behaviours that really underpin critical performance areas in your organisation. We achieve the above in the following ways:
50% of our client work revolves around the Individual Management and Executive Coaching Programme. Each programme is tailored to an individuals requirements and typically features 5 x 1:1 Coaching Sessions as well as relevant Psychometric or 360 degree feedback. Coaching Programmes can either be Content-Specific (help with mission-critical presentations, negotiations, career management or project management) or Issue-Specific (help during a new promotion, getting around performance barriers etc.) Find out more about Individual Coaching Programmes. So, what do we mean by "structured team facilitation and coaching"? While many Training Vendors offer development programmes using a set of training workshops and coaching providers may target development using 1:1 Coaching Sessions, we take a very different and unique approach. We start with a real working project group or functional group who are setting out to make a real difference in their workplace. We then blend a combination of: 1:1 Coaching Sessions, Training Workshops, Facilitated Sessions, Psychometric Tools and Multi-Rater Assessments to get the group working more cohesively and accelerate towards the achievment of lasting results.
