At The Coaching Partnership our Purpose is simple:

How Do We Do This?
Well, we focus on the interpersonal intelligence and behaviours that really underpin critical performance areas in your organisation. This focus on what really counts has our established clients coming back to us again and again (please feel free to have a look at our client list).


Now, let's get a little more specific. We achieve the above in the following ways:


  1. Through Individual Coaching Programmes.

  2. 50% of our client work revolves around the Individual Management and Executive Coaching Programme. Each programme is tailored to an individuals requirements and typically features 5 x 1:1 Coaching Sessions as well as relevant Psychometric or 360 degree feedback.

    Coaching Programmes can either be Content-Specific (help with mission-critical presentations, negotiations, career management or project management) or Issue-Specific (help during a new promotion, getting around performance barriers etc.)

  3. Through Structured Team Facilitation and Coaching Programmes.

  4. So, what do we mean by "structured team facilitation and coaching"? While many Training Vendors offer development programmes using a set of training workshops and coaching providers may target development using 1:1 Coaching Sessions, we take a very different and unique approach.

    We start with a real working project group or functional group who are setting out to make a real difference in their workplace. We then blend a combination of: 1:1 Coaching Sessions, Training Workshops, Facilitated Sessions, Psychometric Tools and Multi-Rater Assessments to get the group working more cohesively and accelerate towards the achievment of lasting results.

  5. Through 4 highly-targeted Training Workshops.

  6. With our Advanced Training Workshops we work with people who already have experience but wish to master a particular area of interpersonal behaviour. The four workshops are:

    • Mastering Persuasive Presentations:
      Aimed at experienced project managers, sales executives and managers who need to promote an idea to key decision-makers - and get their buy-in. This is not your standard presentation skills workshop. Instead, we work with already-experienced presenters and help them to fine-tune their persuasion and influencing skills to mastery in a presentation setting.

    • Beyond Bullet Points: Advanced Powerpoint:
      Again, this is aimed at experienced presenters who wish to refocus their Powerpoint slides to make a powerful impact and to imbed powerful persuasion messages. This is a companion workshop to Mastering Persuasive Presentations.

    • Coaching Skills for Managers:
      This workshop is aimed at experienced managers and team-leaders. Each participant learns to master a coaching style that helps them to set and support stretching performance targets for each individual team member.
